Monday July 5th, 2010 California Courts will be closed in observance of Independance Day. County Legal offices will be closed at this time as well, but ready to pick it right back up bright and early on Tuesday July 6th.

Please be aware, for a few months now Sacramento Superior Court has been requiring Exhibit Tabs for all Civil Law and Motion documents being filed with exhibits. This being so, we have ordered a hefty supply of these tabs, and will set up your filings for you by inserting the tabs ourselves at the cost of 50 cents per tab. We have a great track record of making sure filings are done properly the first time, so send em on over.

Please be aware as well, that due to increased credit card processing system costs, we will be charging a $5 credit card processing fee for all jobs paid for by credit card. We apologize for this additional fee, but credit card processing is a convenient form of payment, and we like being able to offer our clients multiple payment methods.

This month the third Wednesday mandated court closure day falls on: May 19th, 2010
All California courts will be close on this day, so please arrange all filings to allow for time.

Additionally, state agencies will be closed on Friday the 7th, and will also be closed on:

May 14th, 2010
May 21st, 2010

Please note MAY 31st is Memorial Day, which is considered a court holiday, and therefore, the court will be closed to the public on this day!

At its Jan. 21 meeting, the Judicial Council voted to continue statewide court closures for the remainder of the fiscal year.

After careful consideration, we decided to re-design and overhaul our website, and the result is what you now see. I have decided to add a news and information section (in this very spot) where updates can be available as the first thing that is seen when logging on.
